Resource Center "Computer Center SPbU" is created within the  St. Petersburg State University development  program till 2020:  "The development program of the infrastructure for educational, research, expert and information activity." The foreground trend of the RC "SPbU Computer Centre" is the "Information systems and technologies".

The purpose of the Resource Center "Computer Center SPbU"  (RCCC SPbU), is to provide access to expensive research equipment and associated software to  the broadest range of users from the staff of St. Petersburg State University and for other interested persons for use in scientific research and  education, as well as to promote the commercialization of research.
